Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your MOMO CUBS purchase!

However, If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from receiving your order to return or exchange it.
Important: Before starting your return, please CLICK HERE to review our Returns Policy. Returns that do not meet our conditions may not be accepted.


When you’re ready, click the button below to begin the online return process. Make sure you have your order number (found in your confirmation email) and your postcode ready.

THE PROCESS

  • Go to our returns portal, you’ll need your order number which starts with # and - Your postcode.

  • Select the items you wish to return and reason.

  • Follow the steps and select whether you would like to return or exchange your selected products.

  • Once you have completed the returns process you will be emailed a barcode which you can present at the post office.
    A free label will be printed in store for you to use. Please use this to cover the original shipping label if possible

  • Pack your items securely and include the delivery note that came with your order. (If you have misplaced this you can click the “Print delivery note” button in the returns process)

  • Head to your nearest drop off location. Please keep hold of your proof of postage until your return has been completed.

  • Once your order has been received, and your items have passed our inspection process, We will process your store credit, refund and or exchange. You will receive a final update email when your refund or exchange is processed.

You will receive email updates throughout the process, from dropping off your return to the arrival at our warehouse.
Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 14 working days to be processed. Please note that processing times can be longer during holiday periods.

Please be aware that any unregistered items in your return will not be processed.
